General Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the online and mobile gaming services provided by Green Feather Online Limited (“we”, “us”, “the company”). By using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Introduction
By registering or using this site, you accept these terms. We may modify these terms, and you’ll be notified. Any discrepancies in language versions will be resolved with the English version.
2. Eligibility
Only players from specific countries can register. Registration is restricted to those 18 years or older (21 in Estonia). Employees and their families are excluded.
3. Your Responsibilities
You confirm you are of legal age, understand the risks of gambling, and are responsible for any losses. All funds must come from legal sources, and you must comply with applicable laws.
4. User Accounts
Registering requires accurate, true information. Only one account is allowed per person. Any additional accounts may be canceled.
5. Verification
We may request identification documents, including proof of age, address, and payment methods. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.
6. User Funds
You will choose your account’s currency. We do not offer interest on balances, and deposits must come from personal accounts.
7. Deposits and Withdrawals
We accept payments via credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers. All transactions are subject to processing time, and fees may apply. We do not accept third-party deposits.
8. Refunds
Wagered funds are non-refundable unless specified in exceptional circumstances. Refund requests must be made within five business days.
9. Withdrawal Requests
Withdrawals may be limited to EUR 100,000 daily. We may apply administrative fees on withdrawals from unplayed funds. Payouts may be subject to verification.
10. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. We reserve the right to change or cancel promotions at our discretion. Unused bonuses may expire.
11. Complementary Points
Points are accumulated and converted based on activity, with a cap of 100,000 points per month. Unused points may expire after 90 days.
12. Inactive Accounts
Accounts are considered inactive after 12 months. An inactivity fee of EUR 5 will apply after 30 days of inactivity.
13. Account Closure by You
You may close your account at any time. All outstanding balances will be paid out if conditions are met.
14. Account Closure by Us
We reserve the right to close accounts based on suspicious activity.
15. Responsible Gaming
We promote responsible gambling, allowing players to set limits or self-exclude. Players must adhere to responsible gaming policies.
16. Personal Information
We collect and process personal data to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Your data may be transferred to other jurisdictions.
17. Customer Support
Contact support via Live Chat or the provided contact details.
18. Complaints and Disputes
Disputes can be escalated to the complaints team and, if unresolved, referred to eCOGRA or the MGA.
19. Prohibited Activity
Activities like opening multiple accounts, using third-party funds, or exploiting bonus systems are prohibited.
20. Misuse of the Site
The site must be used lawfully. Illegal activities, fraud, or harassment will not be tolerated.
21. Anti-Money Laundering
We comply with AML regulations and may report suspicious transactions to authorities.
22. IT Failures
We are not liable for technical issues, delays, or errors that affect game play.
23. Exceptional Circumstances
Errors in betting, bonuses, or payouts may be corrected, including voiding bets or refunds.
24. Chat Rooms
Use of chat rooms is subject to policies. Abusive behavior will result in penalties.
25. Intellectual Property
All site content is for personal use. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
26. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Maltese law. Disputes are subject to Malta’s jurisdiction.
27. General
We limit our liability to the lesser of the amount wagered or transferred in the account. You indemnify us for any legal issues caused by your actions.
